1 Michelin Star

This 1 Michelin Star restaurant offers French traditional cuisine. If you go for lunch you can find a business lunch package for 45 Euro, but you'll have to ask for it since it's not on the main menu. As the package didn't include the signature dishes I wanted to eat, I just went a la carte.

Welcome snack: clams are served with olive oil and vinegar soaked with capers, which is quite tasty. Sea bream soup, very refreshing cream, the savory taste of shrimp is very strong.
Ravioli of Duck Foie Gras: Duck liver dumplings, I was shocked when they served it, they are huge. The stuffing inside is really a large piece of duck liver, very tender, but way too much for just one course. The dumpling skin is a very thin dough with a lot of truffles on it. I was already full after this course, which alone costs 48€.
Creamy lobster: A whole Acadian lobster, the meat is peeled and cut into small pieces. The meat is good, the milk is scented, and it is ok to eat just half of it. This course costs 68€.
Dessert: I had no appetite for dessert but of course I had to try. The strawberry jam with creamy pudding was refreshing. The palm-sized almond tiles tastes good.

During the whole meal, I feel that the best thing was the sea bream soup in the welcome snack. It is refreshing and suitable for summer, and it tastes fresh and sweet. In terms of price, after all, the ingredients are not cheap, so I don’t think it is overpriced, but the level was lower than expected.
